Walk the Art Park Fitness Challenge & Scavenger Hunt at Oyster Creek Park

Shape Up Sugar Land is working in conjunction with the Sugar Land Parks and Recreation Department to present a unique program that incorporates health and fitness with intellectual activities. “walk the Art Park Fitness Challenge & Scavenger Hunt” will be held at Oyster Creek Park, 4033 Highway 6 South through the end of October.
The event will highlight the Bernar Venet Sculpture Garden as a promotion of the fine arts in the community. To participate download the scavenger hunt questionnaire and begin the hunt at at Oyster Creek Park. Participants must submit their answers by October 31st to qualify for the myriad of prizes that will be awarded. “This is a wonderful opportunity for our community to experience art in a fun and interactive format,” said Leon Kaplan, administrative manager for the Parks and Recreation Department.
Shape Up Sugar Land is a nonprofit organization whose goal is to educate and provide resources for the community regarding healthy exercise, wellness, and general nutrition.
