The Snowdrop Foundation holds its annual Run Over Cancer 5K and 10K on Saturday, September 10, starting at the Texas Running Company at 7:30 am.

Runners and walkers alike can choose from entering the 5K or 10K races on a USATF certified course. Participants will have their times recorded by chip.

Tech shirts will be given to the first 300 registrants.

Prizes will be given to the top male and female times, as well as individual age group prizes.

Money raised from this run will benefit the Snowdrop Foundation, a caring group who hosts events across the Houston area to raise funds for the Texas Children's Cancer Center.

Cost is $30 for both the 5K and 10K.

Texas Running Company is located at 15890 Southwest Freeway, Ste. 600, Sugar Land, TX 77478, near the intersection of Highway 6 and 59, next to Whole Foods.

Racing packets can be picked up at Texas Running Company on Saturday, Sept. 3, from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, Friday, Sept. 9, from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm, or the morning of the race from 6:00 am to 6:30 am.
