New Sections, New Models Now Underway

RiverPark West is expanding the community’s builder line up with the addition of Ashton Woods Homes to the neighborhood. Ashton Woods Homes joins Perry Homes in offering new homes in this Sugar Land area master-planned community, developed by Mischer Development.

The addition of Ashton Woods Homes coincides with new sections opening in the neighborhood.  Ashton Woods Homes and Perry Homes are both building in the community’s new 50 foot section. Both builders also have model homes now under construction and scheduled to open in early spring.  Homes in this section are priced from the $190,000s.

Ashton Woods Homes is now pre-selling and is offering a collection of one- and two-story homes, ranging from 1900 to over 2900 square feet. These designs are new plans the builder is unveiling in RiverPark West and they will be priced starting in the $190,000s. Perry Homes is now offering homes with 2100 to over 2700 square feet in RiverPark West, priced from the $200,000s.

Perry Homes is also building a new model home in the community’s new 60 foot section, which will also open in early spring.  In this 60 foot section, Perry Homes offers homes from 2200 to over 3300 square feet, starting from the $230,000s.  Perry Homes existing model home is now open daily and complete or nearly complete homes are available for quick move-in.

RiverPark West offers a convenient Fort Bend County location so residents have quick access to major work centers and outstanding shopping, dining and recreation. Residents of RiverPark West enjoy the centrally located Recreation Center that encompasses a 4.1-acre site and includes an open-air pavilion and newly expanded clubhouse, as well as a kid-approved swimming pool and playground.
