RiverPark West is a 545-acre master-planned community, that will have approximately 1,100 new homes when completely developed. It has been meticulously planned to emphasize nature preserves and greenbelts.

New Homes: Meritage Homes and Perry Homes are currently building new homes on 60’ x 120’ and 70’ x 120’ lots priced from the $200’s to $400’s.
