RiverPark West Master Plan

RiverPark West is a 545-acre master-planned community that will have approximately 1,100 new homes when completely developed. It has been meticulously planned to emphasize nature preserves and greenbelts.

Recreation Center:
Centrally located in the community, the recreation center stands on a 4.1-acre site and features an open-air pavilion and newly expanded clubhouse, as well as a kid-approved swimming pool and playground.

New Homes:
Perry Homes is currently building new homes on 50' and 60’ homesites priced from the $200’s to $400’s. Perry Homes has a furnished model home open daily and they are building new model homes for both the 50' and 60' sections of RiverPark West, scheduled to open Spring 2012.

Ashton Woods Homes is coming to RiverPark West and will be building on 50' homesites with homes priced from the $190,000s. Pre-sales will begin in February 2012 and a new model home will open Spring 2012.
